the hotel had a nice location, super close to hyde park and oxford street. the staff were friendly and tried to help me out with my requests. the ambience was pretty pleasant and the room itself was decent enough, comfy for a solo traveler like me.

i requested a mini fridge which never arrived, and i wasn't informed about breakfast at check-in, so missed out on that. the mattress was kinda old and not very comfortable.
